There was a study done by Michigan State University in 2020 on the actual effectiveness of Mindset training.
They considered 6 different theories with how mindset is taught and how people believe it's the best route to go.
At the end of the study, they concluded mindset has only about a 1% effectiveness (based on externally verifiable results).
Our mind models were tested at Life Skills Colleges in Canada and our success rate (based on external results of thousands of students) was over 76%!
That testing took place over 10 years for people that we were helping who were also dealing with mental health issues or were chronically unemployed.
We then took these processes to the corporate environment and found a 90% success rate!
